JAWS - Run a repair to fix problems

Problem

A JAWS customer is encountering unexpected behaviour whilst using JAWS, a repair may fix the problem.

Resolution

Running a repair is different from a remove/reinstall or installing over the top of an existing installation.  The repair operation is useful because if causes the installing to go through a process of searching the install, testing and verifying components for their integrity.  By running the repair many problems can be resolved.  However not all problems can be resolved this way another option is to test with default settings.
