SmartVision 3 - Disable touch screen

Problem

A SmartVision 3 user wishes to disable input on the touch screen to avoid accidental operation.

Resolution

Some users may wish to disable the touch screen on the Kapsys SmartVision 3 to avoid accidental operation.

  1. Press MENU and select Settings then press OK.
  2. Then press UP/DOWN arrow to Accessibility then press OK.
  3. Then press UP/DOWN AROWs to select Kapsys Accessibility then press OK.
  4. Then press UP/DOWN ARROW keys to select Settings then press OK.
  5. Then press UP/DOWN ARROW keys to select Disable Touch Screen  then press OK to toggle the setting on or off as desired.
  6. Then press Home key to return to the main screen.
