SmartVision 3 - Enable/Disable magnitext feature

Problem

A SmartVision 3 user wishes to enable or disable the magnitext feature.

Resolution

The magniftext feature when enabled reserves the bottom area of the screen for display an enlarged sscrolling version of the currently selecte menu item.  In some cases a user may wish to enable or disable the feature according to preference.  Please use one of the methods below to enable/disable magnitext.

Using hotkey

  1. From the Home screen Press Hash and number 6 until you hear magnitext toggle message.
  2. Then release the keys, magnitext should be toggled off it enabled.

Using the menus

  1. From the Home screen Press MENU key and navigate to Settings then press OK.
  2. Choose Accessibility > Kapsys Accessibility > Settings > Magnitext.
  3. Then down arrow to Magnitext, then press OK to turn it off.
