Topaz PHD - Unit reset procedure

Problem

A user of a Topaz PHD magnifier is encountering a problem operatingb their unit.

  1. Topaz PHD

Resolution

Preess the green Power button to turn on the Topaz PHD, if the green light lights press and hold the keys below below for 10 seconds to attempted a reset:

  • Black ADVANCED button
  • Red FREEZE FRAME button
  • Orange FIND button
