This document may help with performance issues that are caused by Windows.

Application

• For customers using JAWS/ZoomText/Fusion software experiencing general performance issues.
• For underpowered and struggling computer systems using mainstream software.

Windows 10/11 systems

  1. Open Start > Settings > About > Advanced System settings.
  2. In the Advanced tab click the Settings button under Performance group.
  3. Then click “Adjust for best performance” radio button and click OK button.
