ZoomTett/Fusion – Participants on Teams call see black screen
Problem
If a ZoomText/Fusion user is sharing a specific window of their desktop the other participants only see a black screen.

- ZoomText/Fusion
Resolution
- Open the ZoomText/Fusion window by clicking the taskbar button or press CONTROL+CAPSLOCK+U.
- Then Open the ZoomText/Fusion menu, then choose Help > Advanced > Display Adaptor Settings.
- In the Display Adaptor Settings app click the third option down marked Magnification API.
- Then click OK button to confirm the change. ZoomText/Fusion will then restart with the setting applied and other participants should see the display.
Note
When this setting is applied participants on the Teams call will see the modified enhanced display on the user running ZoomText/Fusion.
