Deactivate license manually
Problem
You need to deactivate a insall license for Duxbury to free it up to be deployed elsewhere when the internet connection is firewalled and may prevent automatic deactivation (such as a school or business).
Resolution
- Open DBT and click Help > About DBT.
- Then click "Deactivate" button.
- Follow the prompts to deactivate without the internet by email.
- If there is any error, the user can click View/Print button to send me a full diagnostic Notepad file which we can use to complete the deactivation manually.
