Fix no wireless/Internet connection issues.

Problem:

You find that you are no longere connected to your wireless access point. When you try to connect no networks are shown.

Resolution:

  1. Open Start and type "CMD" without quotes and then right click it in the results and choose "run as Administrator"
  2. Then in the DOS box enter these commands and press ENTER:
netsh winsock reset catalog:
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log:

After these commands are entered close the window and restart the laptop to make the changes.
