HP – How to make an HP printer print black and white
Problem
The customer wishes to for their HP inkjet printer produce black and white output from colour document.
Applies to
- HP Deskjet 2700 series
Resolution
1. Open the HP Smart app.
2.
Click the Print Documents or Print Photos tile.
3.
Select the file that you want to print.
4.
Select the setting to print in black and white.
On Windows
Scroll down
to More
settings, and then select Grayscale or Monochrome from
the Print in Grayscale menu.
On Mac
Click Open,
and then select Black & White from the Presets menu.
On Android
Tap Black &
White from the Color Mode menu.
iOS: Swipe up, and
then select Black Only or Grayscale from the
Color Options menu.
5. Then print the document or photo.
