Install the sense dictionary

Problem

You need to install the Sense Dictionary for BrailleSense notetakers.

Note: New firmware is required - 8.20 150204 or later. (Feb 2015)

UK Dictionary (includes Thesaurus):

Step 1: unpack zip file

  1. Extract the above zip file.
  2. Inside the zip folder is a folder called "HanDictionary".
  3. If you are using multiple dictionaries (for foreign languages etc), combine all of the files in to 1 HanDictionary folder.

You will require a licence key, sent by HIMS in a ZIP file.
When you extract this file, you will find a file called "SenseDicAuth.key".
Please copy this file in to the same "HanDictionary" folder.
Then, copy the HanDictionary folder to the root of your U2's flashdisk.
You can open the Dictionary using Backspace-enter-D.
