JAWS - JAWSKey+F8 no longer lists toolbar ribbon buttons

Problem

When using Microsoft Outlook the JAWSKey+F8 keystroke no longer brings up the list of Outlook toolbar ribbon buttons.

Resolution

  1. This problem has is a known problem with JAWS 2022.2307 which is the last build of the 2022 cycle and no longer the current shipping version of the product which is no longer in active development.
  2. To fix the problem with Microsoft Outlook please update to JAWS/Fusion version 2023 or above if license permits or purchase an upgrade to the current version of JAWS.
