The developeers of JAWS, Freedom Scientific do not officially support any music particular creation tools.  However, a set of free scripts are available for JAWS to support the Reaer DAW application.  Reaper can handle audio editing and music sequencing and although not free is is relatively low cost at approximately $60 + (VAT where it applies) for a non-commercial license, a free 30 day evaluation version is available to try from the Reaper.fm page,
