Freedom Scientific who develop JAWS do not officially support any music creation tools as such.  However, a set of free scripts are available for JAWS to support the Reader DAW application.  Read can handle audio editing and music sequencing and although not free is is relatively low cost at approximately $60 + (VAT where it applies) for a non-commercial license, a free evaluation version is available to try from the Reaper.fm page,
