General Copilot Access

Alt + I → Open Microsoft Copilot sidebar in supported apps
Ctrl + Shift + C → Launch Copilot chat window
Ctrl + / → Ask Copilot a quick question or generate content
Ctrl + Enter → Submit prompt to Copilot
Esc → Close Copilot panel

Microsoft Word & Outlook with Copilot

Alt + I → Activate Copilot in document or email
Ctrl + Shift + G → Generate summary or rewrite section
Ctrl + Shift + E → Expand or elaborate on text
Ctrl + Shift + A → Adjust tone (formal, casual, professional)
Ctrl + Shift + R → Review Copilot’s response or regenerate output

Microsoft Excel with Copilot

Alt + I → Open Copilot insights panel
Ctrl + Q → Ask Copilot for data analysis or trend summary
