Microsoft – Office 365 login screen is blank

Problem

When attempting to log into the an Office 365 app you are greeted with a blank window showing no login prompt.

Resolution

  1. Open Start menu and search Control Panel and launch the result.
  2. In Control Panel choose Programs and Features and look for Microsoft 365 in the list and click Change button.
  3. Then click "repair Office" and then choose “online Repair” option.
