Microsoft - Switch windows interface light/dark
Problem
A Windows user wishes to switch their Windows light/dark theme.

Resolution
Please use the set of instructions that matches your preferred navigation method.
Using the mouse
- Click Start button, then choose Settings app.
- In Settings click Personalisation > Colours.
- Then click the Choose Your Mode drop-down control
- Click to select the desired mode (light or dark). The switch will then be made.
- Then close Settings app.
Using the keyboard
- Press WINDOWS key to open search.
- Then search Settings and launch the settings app from the listed results.
- Press TAB to reach Personalisation then press SPACEBAR.
- Press TAB key to reach Choose Your Mode drop down control.
- Press ALT+DOWN ARROW to open the list.
- Press UP/DOWN ARROW to select the desired theme (light or dark), then press ENTER.
- Press ALT+F4 to close the Settings app.
