Mountbatten - Check firmware version
Problem
In the course of troubleshooting problems with a Mountbatten or Mountbatten Whisper you need to establish the firmware version running on the affected unit.

Resolution
Please use the steps below to carrying out a check for firmware version:
- Please ensure that command mode has been turned using the hotkey NEWLINE+ SPACE + TAB + BACKTAB.
- Press command key
- Then enter the command: VER
- Then press ENTER key to hear the firmware version number. Please have the customer/end user provide this information so that the version can be checked to see if it is the latest available.
