Unable to type text with the SmartVision keyboard

Problem

You are unable to enter text using the phone keypad.

Resolution

In some cases, applications from the Google Play Store may not be compatible with the use of a physical keyboard. In this case, the use of the virtual keyboard is preferred.

  1. To display the virtual keyboard, select the input area and press the "OK" key. The virtual keyboard appears on the bottom half of the screen.
  2. Then keep your finger on the screen to browse the letters of the virtual keyboard. Release your finger on the desired character to confirm the entry.
