Using Claro IOS mobile apps with your license

Problem:

You wish to make use of the Claro mobile apps that are provided as part of your license.

Resolution:

You can enable access to the Claro mobile apps as part of your license. However you will need to set up your Claro account with your license information so that you can sign into those apps after they are downloaded.

  1. Create a cloud account at www.clarosoftware.com/login if they don’t already have one.
  2. Go to my My Licence keys and add their key to the account.
  3. Each iOS app has a free version on the iOS App Store; these all have white icons. The user can down each app for free.
  4. Then in the app, tap the Log in button and log in with your cloud account to activate the app.
