Sonocent- Unable to sign into Sonocent mobile app with email and PIN number

Problem

A Sonocent user is unable to sign into the Sonocent link mobile app with email and PIN.   The system responds by strating there is no license.  Potentially, this may indicate that the software is not properly registered.

The Sonocent link app has now been replaced by Glean software and no longer supported.

Resolution

Please use the steps below ensure you are registered to use the Sonocent link app.

  1. Open the Sonocent on your laptop or PC (not the mobile app on the phone).
  2. After the application opens please observe green banner above the "Home" tab.
  3. Please click on this banner and complete the registration process for your license.
  4. Once you have completed registration using your email address you will be able to access the LINK app.

Note:
The email address used in registration will be the one used for the mobile app login. When asked for the PIN use the last four digits of the Audio Notetaker product key.
