WeWalk - Smartphone app does not prompt to update WeWalk firmware

Problem

When attempting to seek an available firmware update the WeWalk app fails to notify the user or progress to updating WeWalk firmware.

Resolution

When the WeWalk is powered on and the IOS or Android WeWalk smartphone app is also running, a check for updated WeWalk firmware automatically.  To update the firmware please follow the on-screen instruction from the WeWalk app.  To ensure update is successful please observe theh following recommendations:
  1. Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the WeWalk is paired with the WeWalk app.
  2. Please ensure that there is at least 30 percent battery level priori to attempting to update firmware.  If the batterry level is too low firmware update will not take place.
