You need to take a screenshot in order to illustrate a technical support issue you are experiencing.

Resolution
Please use the steps below. Once the screenshot has been create please email to Technical support at
support@sightandsound.co.uk or reply to an existing ticket email.
Android phone
- Unock the device as normal.
- Pres Power and Volume Down keys together.
