Problem

You need to take a screenshot in order to illustrate a technical support issue you are experiencing.

Resolution

Please use the steps below.  Once the screenshot has been create please email to Technical support at support@sightandsound.co.uk or reply to an existing ticket email.

Android phone

  1. Unock the device as normal.
  2. Pres Power and Volume Down keys together.
