Caption.Ed – Gathering application logs for Mac OS app
Problem
There is a problem with the installed Caption.Ed app on Mac OS that require gathering of logs from the affected system.
Resolution
1. Open
Finder:
o
Click on the left-most icon in the Dock to open
Finder.
2. Access
the Logs Folder:
o
In the menu bar, click on Go → Go to Folder...
3. Enter
the Path:
o
Copy and paste the following path into the
pop-up window: ~/Library/Logs/Caption.Ed
4. Locate
the Error Log:
o
Look for the main
file in this location.
5. Send
the Error Log:
o
Please send us the main
file for further analysis.
