Resolution
This document covers set up of Caption.Ed software for Windows/Mac and associated browser add-ins.
Create an account
You must create an account to begin the setup process, you will need to the 16 digit license key that has been supplied to you from your vendor.
- Navigate to the Caption.Ed website: https://caption-ed.com/
- On the page click License Key link and follow the prompts.
- After completing account creation download the Caption.Ed apps for Windows or Mac.
Note
Activating the account requires a 16 digit alpha-numeric license key, this can be entered with out any separating dashes.
Download Software
Click to download Talktype for the computer platform you are currently using:L
After running the installer you may be asked for product key or sign into the account created earlier.
Download browser add-ins
Download the add-in for yoru preferred browser.
