Caption.Ed – Account creation and registration


Problem

A customer has a serial number for Caption.Ed license with serial number and needs to get set up.

 

Resolution

Before using Caption.Ed a customer must create an account normally using their personal email address.  Before continuing make sure you have a serial number for your license and you know for how long the license is for.

1.       Visit the page:  shaguftazabeer@gmail.com

2.       Enter the email address and then follow the instructions from their to create the account and enter the license key.

3.       Answer any remaining questions and then you may be prompted to download the software to install.

4.       Once done you will then be able to create your first session
