Matchware – Install latest Mindview software


Problem

A Mindview customer need to install their Mindview software for the first time, or needs to download/install the latest version.


Resolution

  1. Customers are advised to create their Matchware account so they can download Mindview.  This will provide access to the very latest version available. 
  2. If an account has already been created visit the link and sign in here. to download the latest software. 
  3. Please have the Mindview license key handy to enter when creating the account.

  1. With a browser open the following page, or just click the link:   https://accounts.matchware.com/dsa
  2. On the page enter your license number and click Register button.
  3. On the next page add your name, email address and password for the account, then click Login button.

    Note
    DSA customer are advised not to use their University or college email for their Matchware account, instead use a personal email address.

  4. Once registered an activation email will be sent to your email address.  Click the link inside the message to verify the account.

    Note
    If you do not see the activation email check your spam or junk folders.
