This document discusses the change in the offering for Claro Writing help. Any customers having problems with the installed Windows/Mac software may be best advised to try the online offering.

• Claro Writing Helper has been offerd as an installable Windows/Mac app but is also available as online browser app.
• The developers of Claro have announced that going forward they will be going forward with the online offering as the main way to access this software. Existing customer can move over to online version.
• For any customers having problem with the installed Windows/Mac software they are advised to use the online version instead.
