Dolphin – Install EasyReader software

Problem

You need to install or reinstall Dolphin EasyReader software.


Resolution

Please see information on downloading and installing EasyReader software.

Download and install EasyReader

  1. Please visit:  https://yourdolphin.com/EasyReader-App
  2. Then click the button to download the app for Windows.
  3. Double click the installer to open
  4. Then click I Agree To The License Terms And Conditions checkbox and click Install button.
  5. When UAC dialogue pops up click Yes to continue the install, UAC has been disabled this prompt may not appear proceed to the next step.
  6. The installation will then proceed and when finished will indicate successful installation, please click Close button to exit the installer.

Log in/redeem premium subscription

Some customers may have subscription to use EasyReader premium, the steps below to activate a premium license.

  1. Click File > My Account, click Log In button to log into a pre-existing account.
  2. Click Enter Premium Invite code if you have received a premium subscription code.
  3. Click Buy Premium if you wish to purchased premium license.


Library Service Log in

Since EasyReader supports a number of online library services one may need to log into these before you can download any books.  
  1. Click one of the library services shown under Manage Libraries tree view.  You may then see a screen similar to below.



  2. Click Continue With Your Library button.
  3. Easy Reader will then prompt the user to provide credentials for the selected library service.
  4. Upon successful sigh in close browser window.
  5. One can now select My Books and search from there to download a title.
