Dolphin – Update EasyReader software
Problem
A customer has Dolphin EasyReader installed and needs to update it.
Applies to
- Dolphin EasyReader
Resolution
- Open Dolphin EasyReader as normal.
- Click Help > Search For An Update.
- A search begins and if an updat4 is available it will
install the update.
- During installation a UAC dialogue my post, click Yes to
proceed with update installation and follow the on-screen prompts.
- If no updates are found it will indicate you are on the
latest version posting the notice shown below.
Attention!
The automatic update method may not work in settings where an organisation controls computers on its network via limited user login.
