MiniVision 1 - Error "Unfortunately Kapmini has stopped" appears phone Minivision phone.
Problem
Whilst operating the phone an error message “Unfortunately Kapmini has stopped” is spoken/displayed on the Kapsys Minivision phone.

Resolution
This is a known software issue that has been corrected by an update. Please follow the steps below to update the phone to the latest software version. After restarting the problem should be fixed.
- With phone turned on navigate to Applications > Settings > About phone > Software Update.
- When the phone indicates an update is available choose to download the update. During this process the phone will download and install the update.
- If you are asked to confirm installation at any time do so to continue with the update process. Once the update process is complete the problem should be resolved when the phone is next available after restarting.
