TSS - Extended printing time on Viewplus Spotdot Emprint embosser

Problem

The Spotdot Emprint takes a very long time during the inking portion of the print job. Braille embossing however is unaffected.

Resolution

The recommended solution for this problem is for the customer to replace the ink cartridges which should reduce the inking time to normal and resolve the problem.
