FS Auth - Authorization of Freedom Scientific products on Windows Server platforms

Problem

A JAWS/ZoomText/Fusion customer is attempting to use their license on a Windows Server platform directly (not via Remote Access) and experience problems authorizing the product on Windows Server platform.

Resolution

  1. A network license is required when directly operating JAWS on a Windows Server platform.  Single user and non-network licenses do not authorize on Windows Server platforms.  
  2. Where possible use via Remote Access to work around the problem.
