FS Auth – Remove ILM product license

Problem

The ILM license currently installed needs to be removed.

Applies to

  1. JAWS
  2. ZoomText
  3. Fusion

Resolution

Please use the instructions below as appropriate to need and installed Freedom Scientific product.

Using the mouse

  1. Click Start button then search Utilities and select the resulting program group as appropriate to the installed product:

    Utilities     – JAWS
    Utilities – ZoomText
    Utilities – Fusion 

  2. Then double click Remove All Products ILM Activation.
  3. When prompted click Yes to confirm you wish to proceed.  The ILM license will then be removed, the product will then only run in demo mode.


Using the keyboard

  1. Press WINDOWS key to open Start menu then search the word Utilities and press ENTER on the result that matches the installed product:  

    Utilities     – JAWS
    Utilities – ZoomText
    Utilities – Fusion 

  2. In the new window press letter R until you reach the item Remove All Products ILM Activation.
  3. Then press ENTER to open the item.
  4. When prompted TAB to Yes to confirm you wish to proceed.  The ILM license will then be removed, the product will then only run in demo mode.
