Problem

You identify a problem with Index V3 embosser and wish to try a reset to resolve the problem.#

Resolution

For both resets please press the buttons in a quick order after each other. The embosser will then respond with a beep and begin the reset process.


  • Soft reset: press HELP+A+B+C
  • Full reset: press HELP+A+B+C+A+B+C
