JAWS - Control+Y dialogue stops working in Outlook classic Drafts folder
Problem
A JAWS user who iw working with Microsoft Outlook classic encounters a problem when then move to their Drafts folder. Once in this location pressing CONTROL+Y fails to work. If you press JAWSKey+T JAWS reports the Outlook main window when they should export to have Go To Folder dialogue in focus.

Resolution
When you are located within the Drafts folder on a draft message, focus may be re-directed to the reading pane window if enabled. This seems to disable the CONTROL+Y keystroke.
Method 1 - Navigate to inbox hotkey
Whilst located in the Drafts folder press CONTROL+SHIFT+I hotkey to navigate directly to primary inbox.
Method 2 - De-select drafts email
Whilst focused on the current email in Drafts press CONTROL+SPACEBAR to deselect it., then press CONTROL+Y.
Method 3 - Disable Reading Pane in Drafts
Whilst located in the Drafts folder press the hotkey ALT+V, PN, O to switch off reading pane. If you wish to edit a draft email select it in the listview then press ENTER to open the email compose window.
