MBT - Error 32/33 spoken when attempting to enter text

Problem

When entering text into the MB Tutor error 32/33 is spoken back by the unit.

Resolution

If this problem is discovered in a unit out in the field the unit will need to come back to base for repair.

Error 32/33 was discussed during our technical training, but as a reminder here you have technical training recording - from about 31:00 minute you can see how to dismantle the device and then how to adjust the head sensor (error 32/33): 


On the basis ot testing determine the error spoken; then depending make the adjustments below accordingly: 
  1. Error 32 - turn the potentiometer knob to the right to change the head sensitivity.
  2. Error 33 - turn the potentiometer knob to the left to change the sensitivity of the head.

Please reset the device with the side button after each rotation.
