Problem

You wish to add a Quick Assist app desktop icon.

Applies to

  1. Windows 1

Resolution

  1. Press WINDOWS+R or right click Start button, then choose Run.
  2. At the run prompt enter the command below, then click OK:

    Shell:AppsFolder

  3. In the new File Explorer window highlight Quick Assist, then right click or press SHIFT+F10..
  4. Then choose the option Create Shortcut option.
  5. When the pop-up displays choose Yes button to cxonfirm shortcut creation on the Windows Desktop.
