MiniVision 2 – LCD display does not light during operation

Problem

When operating a Minivision 2 phone the LCD display does not illuminate in response to user operating the phone.

Applies to

  1. Kapsys Minivision 2

Resolution

This problem may be fixed by changing the Screen Off in Settings which can turn off the display so that it does not illuminate in response to user operation.  Use the steps below to re-enable the display:

  1. From the Home screen open Settings then press OK.
  2. Then select Display in the sub menu then press OK.
  3. In the Display menu key down to Screen Off then press OK again.
  4. If this does not immediately work please repeat the above steps again to toggle the display back on.
