OrCam - Resets

Problem

An Orcam user encounters a problem where the unit is not working as expected.



Resolution

Please find below different reset methods.

Hard reset

Warning

Using the hard reset will erase user data and settings.Connect the Orcam to its charger for external power.

  1. On the Orcam main unit press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.
  2. After 20 seconds release the power button, the reset should be completed and Orcam returned to normal operation.
