Outlook profile selection does not speak with JAWS arrow keys

Problem

You have set Outlook to allow users to select multiple profiles. When you attempt to change the selection in the drop down by pressing arrow keys JAWS does not speak.

Resolution

This problem is a known issue as of JAWS 2022 November update. Try updating to the latest version of JAWS 2022 and this should be reslolved, if not, This should be resolved in the latest version of JAWS 2023.
