Problem

You have a paper jam with a Canon printer.

Resolution

You may also find that running a maintenance command for roller cleaning will remove the jam. If your printer has this as a option it will be found by opening in Windows Settings>Devices>Printers & scanners>Printing Preferences>Maintenance>Roller Cleaning
