Canon - Performing roller clean to fix paper feed issues TS-6200 series

Problem

You may encounter a problem where paper is not being picked up or is not feeding properly.

Applies to

  1. TS-6200 series

Reolution:

  1. Check printer is on and select "Setup" on the home screen.
  2. Now select "Maintenance" and then "roller cleaning".
  3. Then select "yes" and select "rear tray" or "Cassette" for paper source.
  4. Follow the instruction to remove any paper from either the rear tray or front paper cassette.
  5. Then select OK for it to proceed.
  6. When the roller has stopped rotating respond to the message to load three sheets only and then select "OK".
  7. The roller clean we be completed once paper is ejected, you can then select OK.
