Problem

As a result of Microsoft retiring Internet Explorer in Windows 10 20H2 and later, Texthelp Read and Write customers (particularly in large managed IT environments) may experience loss of their Texthelp functionality in their web browsers.


Resolution

A Texthelp Read and Write extension is available for Microsoft Edge in their web store, please visit this location to download and install the extension:
