Read&Write - License expired message displayed

Problem

A DSA student using Read&Write receives a message that the license has expired in the “About Read&Write window.

Resolution

  • The problem is most likely to be with email sign-in address. Student customers should be advised that they should sign in with their personal email rather than using their academic email which may be associated with another license or no license at all.
  • When encountering this issue it may also be a good idea to supply their product serial number in case that is needed to activate the license.
