Texthelp – Read & Write is signed in but features do not work or there is an expiry on license
Problem
A DSA user of Read & Write discovers their toolbar is
not populated or an installation of Global
autocorrect is not working.

Resolution
This problem may be the result of being signed in under the
wrong account. DSA customers should use
their personal email for signing in.
They can then add there serial number if it is first time installation.
- Click the picture of a person showing in the top right of the RW toolbar.
- Then click Sign Out in the drop down menu.
- Click the purple puzzle piece icon
near the top of the display and choose, a new window will appear and
choose the mail service eg Gmail you wish to sign in with.
- Then click the Read & Write menu bar
icon and choose "About Read & Write".
- If the window shows an empty space for a
code enter it in and click Activate button.
