TextHelp - Activate Read and Write using license serial number

Problem

A Read an Write user needs to activate their Read & Write software license using a serial number.

Applies to

  1. Read & Write

Resolution

  1. Open Read and Write on your computer.
  2. Click the Read & Write icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Select the service with which you wish to sign in with, a number of options are available (see screenshot).

  4. Once you are signed in with your account click the information button on the Read & Write toolbar, then choose About Read & Write.

  5. In the About Read & Write window enter your the serial hnumber you have been given, then click Activate button.
