Problem

After installing you must sign into an account before you can use Read and Write but you do not have a Microsoft or Google account.

  1. Read & Write

Resolution

  1. Customers are invited to sign in with one of the listed services in order to use Read and Write.
  2. Customers who do not already have a Google or Microsoft email address should click on More options
  3. button. and choose Linked in or Twiter if you yoru email has been used with either service.
  4. If you do not have either account please create either a Gmail account or Microsoft account to associate with Read & Write.
