Reinstalling Mindjet Mind Manager software

Problem:

Mindjet Mind Manager software is not installed or does not work and needs to be reinstalled.

Resolution:

Mindjet software downloads are protected by a log in, here is how to access the download:

  1. Right click the start button and choose "apps and features".
  2. Then scroll or search in the list of apps for Mind Manager and uninstall the copy you have that is not working.
  3. Then open a browser and go to this site: https://accounts.matchware.com/dsa
  4. Enter your product serial number in lower case and click through.
  5. If the web page says the license is in use "login" link.
  6. If you know what credentials you used to register your Mind Manager sign in with them to access the download.
  7. If you do not know you should have a link to register as well after which you should be able to download.
  8. Once you have the download run the installer and follow the instructions.
  9. Then run the Mind Manager software and you may be asked for your serial number as above to activate again.
