Resetting DaVinci HD desktop magnifiers
Information
Use the process below to reset the Da Vinchi magnifier if it is malfunctioning.
Applies to:
DaVinchi HD OCR
DaVinchi pro OCR
- Press Find and Mode buttons to enter the menu.
- Turn the Zoom wheel clockwise to select "Product Information".
- Then press find button to open the "Product information" sub menu.
- Turn the Zoom wheel to select "Factory Restore" then press "Find" button to select the restore option.
Note: The restore will reset all settings except the primary language or voice settings which will remain unchanged.
