TrySight - Activate ReadDesk Software
Problem
The ReadDesk software has been installed for the first time or reinstalled and is requesting activation.
ReadDesk is bundled with the following products:
- TrySight Mercury 12
- TrySight Mercury 13
- Freedom Scientific Onyx Pro
Resolution
- Double click to launch the ReadDesk software .
- When ReadDesk launches it will post a dialogue to register the software.
- Copy/paste or type in the the 12 digit ReadDesk serial number into the entry box.
- Then click the Register button.
Note
In the event that the registration prompt re-appears this probably needs to be reset by TrySight for it to work again.
