TrySight - Activate ReadDesk Software

TrySight - Activate ReadDesk Software

Problem

The ReadDesk software has been installed for the first time or reinstalled and is requesting activation.

ReadDesk is bundled with the following products: 
  1. TrySight Mercury 12
  2. TrySight Mercury 13
  3. Freedom Scientific Onyx Pro

Resolution

  1. Double click to launch the ReadDesk software .
  2. When ReadDesk launches it will post a dialogue to register the software.
  3. Copy/paste or type in the the 12 digit ReadDesk serial number into the entry box.
  4. Then click the Register button.


Note
In  the event that the registration prompt re-appears this probably needs to be reset by TrySight for it to work again.
