ZoomText - Dual monitor problems on laptops
Problem
A ZoomText user that is working with dual monitors connected to their laptop via a USB dock with the display lid close may encounter problems with their seconed monitor not working properly. Typically as the magnification is boosted more and more of the second display will turn black rather than displaying the portion of magnified area.

Resolution
Please make the following adjustments to address the problem.
- Open Settings, then click System.
- Then click Power and Battery.
- Then click Lid, Power and Sleep.
- Then click the drop down to the right of Closing the lid will make my PC and choose Do Nothing.
